Return Policy You may return Jewelry within 30 days from the date it was received. eapril.com offers no hassle returns policy (from the date you received your order) to all of our customers. Your product must be returned in an appropriate package. Postage and insurance is on buyer`s expense.
Our warranty rules are as follows: 1. For Gold & Diamond Jewelry manufacturers` defects are covered under warranty. This does not include water damage, intentional damage or general wear and tear (such as scratches, fading of the gold, etc.).
2. Although eapril.com offers a full repair service, if your product cannot be repaired due to unforeseen circumstances, then we will send you a replacement of the exact same model. If that model is out of stock, then you can choose another product of the same value. Please allow for up to 30 days time for repairs to be carried out.
3. eapril.com offers 30 days no hassle returns policy (from the date you received your order) to all of our customers. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase then please send it back to us in "as received" condition. Please ensure you e-mail us beforehand and we will send you our return mailing address. Once returned (at your cost) you will be refunded the amount of your original purchase minus shipping costs.
4. Shipping charges are not refundable in the event that an item is returned due to none satisfaction by a customer. If the item has been returned due to damage in transit or has a genuine manufacturer`s fault, then eapril.com will provide a shipping refund on top of the full price of the item purchased should you wish not to proceed with a repair or an exchange.
