When we placed the order they told us not to worry and that the rings would arrive on time. After a few days we were getting nervous because the wedding day was right around the corner and the rings hadn't arrived. They told us they would arrive in 3 business days, but after 4 business days we contacted them and they said the rings were on backorder and would arrive in 2 weeks. We were devastated because our wedding was only ten days away, so we cancelled the order. My fiancee wanted to buy the rings at a local jeweler to make sure we had them on the wedding day.
